Rules
Simple rules so the control sheet stays usable under stress.
01Every entry has a date, a book, an amount (or range), a purpose, and a steward initials line.
02Purpose is written in plain language a stranger could audit without a private myth.
03Crypto traces record chain/rail when known; they never invent a price prediction.
04Closed means reconciled to a receipt, statement, or on-chain confirmation — not hope.
05Public pages describe structure only. Live balances stay in steward systems.
06If a line would violate Refused, it is not entered — rewrite the action instead.
